Most rods on the market start as an extruded material, where molten plastic is forced through a die to create the finished diameter. Our 11/32" rods begin as a premium co-polymer rod stock that is manufactured oversized and then precision ground to its final diameter. This process produces a more consistent rod with tighter tolerances, a smoother surface, and exceptional quality from end to end.

After grinding, each rod is polished to create an ultra-smooth glossy finish. The result is a rod that moves through dryer vents with less friction, making it easier to navigate long runs, offsets, and multiple bends while maintaining excellent control.
