1. Vent Vision® Limited Warranty

General Warranty Policy

Vent Vision® is committed to providing high-quality products designed to meet the rigorous demands of professional and residential users. All Vent Vision®-manufactured products are warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.

• Eligibility: Valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• Proof of Purchase: An original receipt or order confirmation (including purchases made through authorized resellers or marketplaces) is required for all claims.

Third-Party Products & Compressor Policy

• Products Not Manufactured by Vent Vision®: Some products sold by Vent Vision® are manufactured by third parties. These items are not covered by this limited warranty; coverage defers entirely to the original manufacturer's warranty terms and claims process. Vent Vision® will provide manufacturer contact information upon request but does not process, approve, or fulfill claims on the manufacturer's behalf.
• Compressor Sales (Final Sale): All compressors sold by Vent Vision® are manufactured by third parties. Compressor sales are final and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit under any circumstances. Warranty coverage is governed solely by the original manufacturer.

Warranty Coverage Details (Vent Vision®-Manufactured Products Only)

• Dryer Vent Cleaning Rods: Coverage is strictly limited to manufacturing defects where the fitting becomes loose or detaches from the rod. Breakage, snapping, or damage resulting from improper use or torque over-tightening is not covered.
• Vent Covers and Accessories: Warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship. Cosmetic wear or degradation caused by environmental factors (e.g., UV exposure, extreme weather) is not covered.
• Inspection Cameras & Electronic Tools: Covered against manufacturing defects. Does not cover damage resulting from improper handling, moisture intrusion outside rated specs, impact, or normal operational wear and tear.

Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper installation, operation, storage, or maintenance.
• Normal wear and tear from routine field operation.
• Products modified, altered, or used with non-compatible tools or machinery.
• Operational Misuse: Including operating rods or tools outside of recommended drill settings (e.g., operating rods above speed one, clutch set above 4, or feeding through roof caps without creating proper access).
• Products not manufactured by Vent Vision®.
• Incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from product use.

Limitation of Liability

Vent Vision® shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Customers assume all operational risks and liabilities associated with equipment handling and maintenance.

Warranty Claim Process

To file a warranty claim:

1. Contact customer support with valid proof of purchase.
2. Provide a detailed description of the defect, including clear photos or videos.
3. Submit the claim within the 30-day warranty period from the purchase date.

Upon approval, Vent Vision® will repair, replace, or refund the defective product at its sole discretion. Shipping and handling fees may apply. (The 25% restocking fee does not apply to approved warranty claims).

2. Return Policy

Vent Vision prioritizes customer satisfaction and offers a straightforward return process for eligible items.

• Timeframe: Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Prior Approval: All returns require prior authorization before being shipped back.
• Restocking Fee: Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• Condition: Merchandise must be in original, brand-new, and unused condition, complete with all original packaging, manuals, inserts, and accessories.
• Shipping: Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be shipped prepaid to:

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following items are strictly final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:

• Special order and custom-made items.
• All air compressors.
• Third-party manufactured items (unless explicitly handled through the manufacturer's own direct return channel).
