Will the membership pay for itself?
It depends on what you buy. At 10% off, $4,500 in eligible tools covers the $450 fee. At 5% off, $9,000 in eligible compressors does the same. Your mix of purchases and product-specific tier savings determine the actual result.
What is included for $450?
12 months of membership: 10% off dryer vent cleaning tools, 5% off compressors, access to our best pricing tiers on covers, transitions and InOvate products, and no minimum order requirements.
Can I buy small quantities?
Yes. There is no minimum order requirement for the program. Buy what you need, when you need it, and receive the applicable member pricing.
Is this a monthly payment?
No. The membership is $450 per year. The $37.50 monthly equivalent simply divides the annual fee by 12; it is not a monthly payment option.
How do I get my member prices?
After your membership is active, log into the account associated with it. Your eligible member pricing applies automatically. If you do not see it, contact us before placing your order.
Why are cover savings outside the calculator?
Covers, transitions and InOvate products use product-specific pricing tiers, not one fixed discount percentage. Contact us about the items you plan to buy for an accurate comparison.
What if I feel it was not worth it?
After using Pro for the year, contact us with your order history if you feel the savings did not justify the cost. We will review your purchases with you and work to make it right. This is an order-review policy, not an automatic refund promise.
