Limited Warranty for Vent Vision® Cleaning Rods

Warranty Coverage:
Vent Vision® cleaning rods are warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty covers only one specific issue: if the fitting on the cleaning rod becomes loose and detaches from the rod due to a manufacturing defect. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Exclusions and Limitations:
This warranty does not cover:

1. Breakage During Use: Any breakage of rods, including snapping or cracking, regardless of the circumstances.
2. Damage Due to Misuse or Improper Use:
   • Operating the rods outside of recommended drill settings (speed one, clutch set to 4 or under).
   • Using the rods through a roof cap without first creating a 1-inch hole for proper access.
   • Failing to use protective tubing when operating through sharp or abrasive surfaces.
3. Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including damage resulting from routine use over time.

Limitation of Liability:
Vent Vision® shall not be held responsible for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising from the use or inability to use the cleaning rods. By purchasing and using Vent Vision® cleaning rods, the customer assumes all risks associated with their operation.

Claim Process:
To file a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect within the 90-day warranty period. Claims related to loose fittings will be reviewed, and if approved, Vent Vision® will repair or replace the defective item at its sole discretion.
