Our iconic green dryer vent cleaning rods are not just a color, but a symbol of your professionalism. These are not something that the customer mistakes for a DIY kit from the local hardware store, prompting the customer to say “wow I could have done that myself.” They are not mass produced by someone sitting in an office. They are designed by dryer vent cleaners who work with engineers to perfect the dryer vent cleaning rod kit and dryer vent cleaning process.
Are these the same as other rods? No. Our dryer vent cleaning rods are made with a high quality co-polymer right here in the USA. They utilize a single button connection that has unique chamfered edges to self depress the button during the connection process. The mechanics of the button have been engineered to not lock up, and the drill adapter has a quick release button system, allowing you to easily connect and disconnect your dryer vent cleaning rods from your drill without ever pressing a button. Additionally, we have figured out a way to avoid catching the rods on the crimped edges of the dryer vent by carving out a curve into the fitting. This allows the rods to roll themselves off any edge, making sure you have a smooth hassle-free cleaning experience.
Limited Warranty for Vent Vision® Cleaning Rods
Warranty Coverage:
Vent Vision® cleaning rods are warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty covers only one specific issue: if the fitting on the cleaning rod becomes loose and detaches from the rod due to a manufacturing defect. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Exclusions and Limitations:
This warranty does not cover:
- Breakage During Use: Any breakage of rods, including snapping or cracking, regardless of the circumstances.
- Damage Due to Misuse or Improper Use:
- Operating the rods outside of recommended drill settings (speed one, clutch set to 4 or under).
- Using the rods through a roof cap without first creating a 1-inch hole for proper access.
- Failing to use protective tubing when operating through sharp or abrasive surfaces.
- Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including damage resulting from routine use over time.
Limitation of Liability:
Vent Vision® shall not be held responsible for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising from the use or inability to use the cleaning rods. By purchasing and using Vent Vision® cleaning rods, the customer assumes all risks associated with their operation.
Claim Process:
To file a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect within the 90-day warranty period. Claims related to loose fittings will be reviewed, and if approved, Vent Vision® will repair or replace the defective item at its sole discretion.
