The DryerJack® Model DJK477 roof dryer vent cap is a low-profile, high-efficiency solution designed for safely venting a clothes dryer through the roof. Engineered to maximize airflow and reduce lint buildup, the DryerJack® roof vent termination helps dryers operate more efficiently while protecting the vent system from pests and debris.
The curved damper, oversized hood opening, and optimized collar placement work together to deliver superior airflow performance compared to traditional roof dryer vents. This design minimizes airflow restriction and improves dryer efficiency while helping prevent lint accumulation inside the vent system.
The wide curved hood opening also provides easy access for dryer vent cleaning tools, making maintenance faster and more effective. At the same time, the integrated damper closure helps deter birds, rodents, and other pests from entering the vent.
Constructed in the USA from heavy-duty 26-gauge Galvalume® steel, the DryerJack® DJK477 offers long-lasting durability and weather resistance. It is available in mill finish or powder-coated white, brown, and black to match different roof styles.
